Children's information
Our service is purchased and configured by a parent or legal guardian. We process limited information about a child solely to create the requested personalised audio. Please do not provide sensitive information such as health information, precise location, full address, school name, or identifying photographs.
Lawful bases
We use contract to fulfil orders, consent for non-essential cookies, legal obligation and legitimate interests for payment records and fraud prevention, and legitimate interests for retailer enquiries.
Processors
We use Stripe, Netlify, Bunny.net, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Google Analytics (with consent), Trustpilot (with consent), and Google Fonts. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. We do not currently send marketing emails.
AI-generated audio
We share only the information necessary to create and deliver your order. Customer-provided personal information and generated audio are not used to train public AI models, including by OpenAI and ElevenLabs.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict, object, request portability, and withdraw consent. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
