Common questions about live Santa calls

Is this a real live call or a recording?

It is a genuine live, two-way conversation. Santa listens to your child and responds in real time using the details you provide at checkout. It is not a pre-recorded message that plays on a loop.

Does Santa call my child's phone number?

No. You open a private link in your browser after checkout. Your child presses Phone the North Pole when you are ready. Santa answers through the device — there is no inbound phone call to your number.

How long does the live Santa call last?

About two minutes. That keeps the magic focused and works well for young children. One live call is included per order.

Can we book a date and time?

There are no scheduled slots. After you pay, you receive a link by email. The call happens whenever your family is ready — Christmas Eve, a quiet afternoon, or any moment you choose — until the one included call is used.

Which countries and currencies do you support?

You can check out in GBP or USD, depending on the Santa you choose and the prices shown at checkout. You need a modern browser and permission to use the microphone.

What devices work for a live Santa call?

Phones, tablets, and computers with a microphone and a recent browser (such as Safari, Chrome, or Edge). Many families use speakerphone so everyone can hear. No app download is required.

Is the call recorded?

Yes. Each live call is recorded and transcribed for parents as a keepsake and for safeguarding review. You can download the recording from the call page after it ends.

What personal details should I include?

First name, age, a Christmas wish, siblings or pets if you like, and one kind or proud moment from the year. Avoid sensitive information you would not want spoken aloud in front of your child.

Should a parent be present?

Yes. An adult should stay nearby, help with the microphone if needed, and make sure the experience feels safe and fun for your child.

Can I get a refund or reschedule?

There is nothing to reschedule because there is no fixed appointment — you use the link when ready. Our published terms do not offer refunds; please double-check names, wishes, and spelling before you pay.

How is a live call different from a recorded Santa message?

A recorded message is a personalised audio file emailed in about 30 seconds that you can replay all season. A live call is interactive: Santa greets your child, asks questions, and responds to what they say once, in real time.
